• Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- The item must be in its original packaging.
- All original manufacturer stickers and seals must be intact.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase. We will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refunds
When you return an item, we promptly inspect it and then issue a refund in Crypto, equivalent to the Euro value of your purchase. We convert the refund from Euro to Crypto using the current exchange rate. We process refunds automatically after inspecting your return.
• Refund Issues
If you have not received a refund, please re-scan the blockchain and check your wallet again. If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via Email.
• Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect size.
• Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
